Fruity, tangy, winey, and delicious! This Catuai is juicy AF, packed with fruits! Lamastus Family Estates’ Catuai demonstrates what can happen when an ideal climate a terroir combine. Catuai is known to be a commercially viable variety with good yields and solid cup quality. At Lamastus Family Estates the Catuai is grown in rich volcanic soil and is surrounded by virgin cloudy rainforest. The low temperatures cause the cherries to ripen slowly, generating a higher concentration of sugars and complexity of flavor.
Roasting days: Proud Mary roast Monday-Friday during normal business hours. To ensure freshness of coffee, best to order early in the week as postal services and couriers do not operate on weekends.
