WHOLESALE & SALES – The purpose of the Account Manager is to understand the needs, engagement levels and activity of our customersso that we can build the highest level of trust and they can develop their business and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  


  • CRM and Other Retention Tools continuously updated and maintained to reflect the current customer base 
  • Help uphold Proud Mary’s key B2B relationships nationally. Be a main point of contact for every PMC Customer 
  • Assist to update key engagement tools and monitor onsite activity 
  • Keeping updated with key coffee skills and internal coffee releases and facilitate equipment sales for new and existing customers 
  • Actively grow existing client’s coffee volume via systematic processes 
  • Deliver Training and Support initiatives for new and existing customers alike 
  • Help capture customer insight and work within the CRM platform to track all retention efforts and trends 
  • Help navigate troubleshooting and preventative customer support efforts   
  • Generally, uphold an outstanding Customer Experience at PMC 
  • Maintain high level of engagement with all of our regional accounts across the US Market. Performing frequent and planned digital check-in to help from their business 
  • Monitor and manage delivery & shipping issues, always with the goal of improving our customer experience 
  • Feedback loop is closed, making sure customer perspectives are shared with relevant departments within Proud Mary 
  • Continue to implement CX Activity for the customer base 


  • Daily dispatch of orders and run planning / daily schedule 
  • Updating all relevant Teams/UL channels/CRM/Trello 
  • Ensuring EDM Material and social media postings are ready for release 
  • Effective B2B customer shipping and tracking. Troubleshooting with our freight partners  
  • Organizing parts and equipment information and quotes for wholesale customers 


  • Lead onboarding of new customers, post-close to active and ensure growth and effective communication 
  • Help execute marketing efforts such special events, promotions, partnerships, collaborations and other activities that support the visibility of the business 
  • Assist with gathering feedback from the customer base on areas we can improve within 
  • Responsible for helping our customers grow their coffee business 
  • Monitor and engage with B2B clients to improve customer satisfaction 
  • Help to develop and roll out engagement tools/programs designed to grow the client base 


  • Training program maintenance and updates 
  • Equipment knowledge to support customers 
  • Menu knowledge which speaks to our core values and tells producer stories 
  • Sharing PMC story loudly  


  • Minimum 5 years coffee industry experience  


  • High degree of attention to detail  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to meet customer expectations and manage conflicts  
  • Passion for coffee, helping grow the Proud Mary brand and bring it out to the world
