For a very special US only release we present to you the highly sought after Wush Wush from La Foresta - one of the most remote and exciting farms in the Colombian Andes. This lot has been processed by one and only Felipe Ospina - biologist, botanist, and fermentation expert/teacher.

La Foresta is located deep in the Andean mountains. Sandra and Fernando Giron were born at the farm, and in 2018, Sandra's husband, Mauricio Botina, join them in the effort to grown and process specialty coffees. Today, the farm has Geisha, Wush Wush, and Pink Bourbon ... all varieties that we LOVE!
Located next to the mythical Magdalena river, with its rich organic soil, when you visit La Foresta you'd be forgiven for thinking you're back in prehistoric times. Nature here is extremely vibrant, crystal clear springs are everywhere, you feel hypnotized by the majesty of the Andean mountains in full splendor. It really is a magical place.
How to Drink: Just like you wouldn't add soda your best whiskey, this amazing coffee is meant to be drank black with no sugar or cream.
