How do I make sure it gets to the recipient Simply add in their details in the shipping area at checkout including their email (if you'd like them to receive tracking information).
What coffees will I get? Wild category coffees from our rotating offer, with access to exclusive online releases.
When will my order ship? Your first order ships today, then on Tuesdays ongoing.
When will I be charged? Now, at checkout. At the end of the subscription (6 deliveries) you will NOT be charged again.
What does Free Shipping include? This product qualifies for free standard shipping with USPS. What size are the bags? Bags are 250g. For 500g & 1KG options, you'll get 2-4x 250g of the same coffee. Mixes of wild coffee releases aren't available, sorry! Will I get the same coffee twice? Possibly, we rotate through two wild coffees, with new releases every 3-5 weeks.
Can I cancel or get a refund on Gift Subscriptions? No, Gift Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded
